Currently I am working in a team leading the brand, design and UX mission for a global museum “user experience survey” known as the iShoU.
This deliverable provides the client a brand, a customisable web interface to devices service that is saleable, easy to use and understand. Data is creatively visualised telling the story of and about the visitor experience.
Complex qualitative information is clearly presented as ongoing real-time web data for the museum visitors and stakeholders. This extensive global program by Swinburne University and University New South Wales includes museums from Australia, Asia, Europe and the US.
